Here’s one for the wordsmiths. Oxford Dictionary launched this site for exploring the more than 5,000 words in the various languages of the world that are in danger of being removed from the dictionary. Visitors can “adopt a word” in a pledge to learn and use it, and “spread the word,” to help keep it alive. Nice idea. Nice interface. And nice wordplay.
